- What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
- Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", we cannot accept any edits to your order.

- Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, but shipping cost may vary from country to country. Please check before you place an order.
- How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.
Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:
- Europe: 5-7 days
- Rest of the world: 20-40 days

- What payment methods do you accept?
You accept major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal.
You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
- Which currency will I be charged in?
At itembox.co.uk, the main currency is GBP.
If your credit or debit card uses another currency, then you will be charged in your card’s currency. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose. Please do note that your bank may have additional fees due to this conversion. This does not go to us and we have no control over it. Please check with your bank before placing an order.
- Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?
We currently do not have this option.

If you choose to ship using our Preferential shipping method, we will pick the fastest shipping available to us.
Currently Preferential Shipping is only available inside Europe.

In short, we are not responsible for charges placed by your local customs. When you buy from us and your order is shipped to you, you are considered the importer in your country.
